Manufactured Cases and Crates:
A Case: is a fully boarded wooden product, therefore your product inside cannot been seen and are made of Timber Boards
Please specify the timber thickness or the weight of your product to be transported to enable Yorkshire Pallets to construct the most suitable and cost effective case for your purposes.
BOTH Case and Crate diamensions are usually specified in Internal or External measurements.
Please specify the Width, Depth and Height required - This is dependant on the product that is to be stored inside them or on the size constraints of the trailer or the vehicle that is transporting the product.

Below is a Heat Treated Case and some manufactured pallets loaded on our small vehicle delivering to a local award winning prized customer.
Our customer manufactures touch screen computer display gaming systems which are used in Casino's throughout the world.
Since the customer had previously asked for the front and lid to be loose (i.e. it can be screwed on and off.) this allows easy assess for loading and unloading their product
The Display Screen and associated equipment is then well packed in to our case.
The case is then made back up ready for dispatch abroad. The customer has added some "this way up" arrow's to assist with the safe transit of their valuable product.
A Crate: is usually constructed of wooden timber boards so that your product inside is visible.

Below is a Wooden Crate that we initally constructed with the front and top loose. Our customer then lifted their product into our crate and the crate was securely nailed fixed ready for dispatch:
